In law a court cannot declare fraud based on affidavit evidence. Fraud always has to be listed and proven with cogent and reliable evidence. Fraud is criminal so has to be proven beyond reasonable doubts. No court can decide fraud on mere allegations but based on evidence. The court got it all wrong.
