This reminds me that if the gap between Mahama and Bawumia wasn't huge, this EC will have done something fishy. So did the Court look at the CIs that was in place for the election? Because I don't see re-collation in the CI. Ghana's Judiciary is partisan at it's current state and that can lead to uprising. Look at the judgement of the Salifu Amankwah place, even if the laws doesn't allowed the kid to be jailed for long, the fine given to the father and mother for allowing their kid to drive the car is laughable. Moreover it is about time these judges names are published with the stories so that Ghanaians got to know them.

Let us phase out this centralized collation center concept. It is not right for our democracy. After all, elections are won at the polling station. That's a good lesson NDC must learn what awaits them in the Npp parked court. If they don't use force to set up tribunal and want to depend on these courts, they shd forget ORAL. Not even one case will be in their favor.

It’s very simple, the NDC will not allow the criminals NPP to use fake pink sheets to over turn the already declared results. The judge and his NPP criminals should bring authentic pink sheets otherwise they should forget. We will not also allow any ruling to overturn the already declared election in reference to declaring by duress. They must prove it because any EC residing officer can collect bribe and write any report.
