Very well said Mr. general secretary. I Hope those busy lobbying for positions are taking note. If I were the president -elect, I'll ignore these greedy guys popping up at my corridors. I'll be smart to know that most of them are up to no good. There are genuine people out there with perhaps even better credentials who deserve positions of trust. A word is enough to the wise.

Fiifi Kwetey has spoken quite well. The problem about political appointees is that some of them are so naive not knowing or not believing in the game plan of the party adopted in winning political power. It is therefore imperative that before anyone is given an appointment, he or she must be educated on the dos and don'ts of the party. NDC's success will depend on how much they succeed in not being like Akufo Addo's NPP. In this regard, persons who fought the party's battle in the trenches, on the campaign rallies should have advantage in being considered for appointments.

Fiifi, the display of arrogance is not the problem. It is the penchant desire by politicians and directors of SOEs to, willfully, STEAL from Ghana and impoverish the masses which is making us a laughingstock.
If you are really serious, this is what is of utmost importance to Ghana.
She is bleeding profusely from the STEALING of her natural resources, and the underutilization of her abundant human capital.
Did "Government Official One" set up a kangaroo committee to persecute his perceived political enemies? Bringing the NPP thieves to account for the ill-gotten wealth should be the job of the Attorney-General of Ghana, not the president.
The display of arrogance is evident in the work of the NDC transition team.
In case they have forgotten the meaning of transition, let me illustrate it.
You get a new job. You go in, and you are assigned someone to explain to you how things have been done before your appearance. What do you do ? Ask questions for further explanation of things which beat your imagination. But you do not give instructions to the host helping you transition to the new job. You do not have the authority to do so.
Giving instructions is the prerogative of the host, because you are not yet in charge. You just keep quiet and absorb the overwhelming information.
Fiifi, if you can mount a vigorous crusade against the rampant STEALING which they glorify as CORRUPTION, you will do a great service to our motherland.
Ghana will smile again. Until then, she will continue to shed inconsolable tears.
Show Ghana that you are different! You have a priceless opportunity to do so.
We cross our fingers and await your efforts to stop the STEALING!

Mr secretary,
Charity begins at home, and it’s essential to demonstrate this by addressing the actions of those destroying state properties and taking the law into their own hands. If such basic issues cannot be resolved, how can we trust the ability to handle greater challenges? What are saying?
It’s beginning to appear as though our president-elect staged a coup in Ghana, with foot soldiers acting with impunity—violently stopping electoral officials from performing their lawful duties under the watchful eyes of police officers.
What shocked me even more was an MP-elect’s response during a TV interview when asked about the violence. She claimed they were 'protecting government property.' How does burning and vandalism equate to protecting property?
If you cannot curb this lawlessness, what else can you handle? These actions are making the NDC party unpopular, and Ghanaians are watching closely."
