  Needless call. A 24hr economy department can be set up at Ministry of Trade. It is not even clear how the 24hr policy is going to work. We are being told it's voluntary. I think the talking is too much. We should allow the president elect to think through some of the things he wants to do for the people of Ghana. People should manage their expectations for JDM.

  The 24-hour economy cannot hit the ground running. It is obviously a concept that is meant to evolve along with other sectors of the socio-evonomic paradigm. I think that the real problem of the NDC is to find genuine selfless members to work with. I believe he means well but the volume of work facing him as a result of the total destruction of the national economy, will be his greatest challenge.

  Don't do it. No use to establish new Ministries when all the government needs to do is to have existing Ministries do what is expected of them to ensure that government policies are being executed. The Ministry of Labour should be able to carry out the policies of the 24-hour economy plan.
