  People, please be safe out there if you are a pedestrian. I move about a lot and I can say for a fact that there are lunatics and stupid people posing as drivers on our roads. Female drivers are becoming worse. I see more females texting while driving. Our roads are becoming very very unsafe .

  The matter is that in other jurisdictions, drivers who hit and kill pedestrians are sometimes send to prison for negligence and intentionally hitting and killing another person.
  The laws on road traffic must work to prevent these killings.
  It looks like in this case the student was waiting for a vehicle by the roadside when the driver skipped of the road, drove at top speed and killed her.
