Our politicians think that saying the right stuff is more important than getting the job done. Elections are over and we need more attention to discussions on actionable solutions to turn the economy around. The people are trapped between faint glimmer of hope and dispair. NDC should come up with well-researched constraints to becoming self - sufficient in food production and other agricultural items. Importation of food tends to bring imported inflation in the country. We need well-designed plan and efficient implementation to address the challenges facing agricultural practices and build. a foundation for long term sustainable growth. This will restore livelihood and create jobs

Why because gov. continues to cheat workers especially under GES by denying qualified headmasters of various institutions their responsibility and housing (only enjoy rent allowance )and other allowances like transport and headship responsibility allowances(only enjoying form master and etc responsibility allowance ) for not sitting as heads to derive the benefits after planting the unqualified aged and already retired personnel there to make wastage of time . But the funny thing is that the aged retired and contracted heads are also denied these allowances for being unqualified retired contracted (sometimes)personnel except transport and housing . But who is denying qualified staff the the position to head to derive all these benefits. Gov. always uses this strategy to reduce expenditure but reduce work output which is most severe as well.
