  NDC is afraid of its own shadow because of Mahama's evil deeds within the period after losing the 2016 elections, and before leaving office in 2017. Awarding 75% of Ghana's Bauxite deposits to his brother, and signing obnoxious expensive Take or Pay Power Purchase Agreements like toilet paper; for who knows, huge commissions.

Nobody in this government will buy a seven million dollars worth of mansion at East Legon and pack the dollars in a polytene bag to go and pay for the property.   For the avoidance of any doubt, the Akuffo Addo government is still in charge. The NDC cannot issue any orders and stop anything from being implemented until there has been a changeover in January 2025.
