  This is not surprising at all. The NPP always steal by stuffing ballot papers and manage to add them to the genuine ballots cast. This year, the chances were blocked and they couldn't bring the tumbprinted ballots.

  Cheating at voting centres is real. That's why politicians know elections are won at the polling station.
  Ghana has a long way to go to over comr the issues of over voting and others.
