    I fully agree with Joyce. The position should be advertised with a rigorous selection process. Currently, Ghanaians don't have any confidence in the EC.

    @MoG. People will always sympathize with a party but that shouldn't determine who should occupy the top civil servant positions. We should differentiate between a Ministerial appointment and appointment of technocrats.

    The appointment of a person to a position of such prominence should be competitive, meeting certified standards, and not at the wims and caprices of anyone's parochial interests.
