  it is after the applicants has be selected vetted and certified by parliament, then the president could sign on the appointment letter given and signed by speaker of parliament before those appointees could take office s ECs.
  the president must sign the appointment letter together with the speaker because it is only parliament nd the president who could sack a misconduct , EC who has abused , his office or has violated the laws.

  the NDC administration should make sure there is a proper mechanism and and permanent structure put in place to appoint a competent with neutrality integrity ECs to all the 16 Regions for parliament to scrutinise them .
  now
  in the reforms
  I would like to see a reform where the legislative may have the powers to give appointment letters to applicants , and the same parliament must have the authority to to withdraw the appointment if the applicant violates the law, and ethics of their positions.
  The power of the president to appoint certain key position like the IGP, Auditor general , Chief Justice and judges to the Supreme Court , EC chair person and counsel of state members must as a matter of urgent remove from the president.-
  this could be the only way we could built strong institution.
  some level of percentages of powers must be mindfully crafted to give the president authority to sack any person who it becomes clear is abusing his or her office. it is very important so that we don't create a scenario where people in position could also take that advantage to misbehave and disrespect the president
