I expect that guy to be arrested and prosecuted. Look, our security forces should never appear to be defeated or overpowered by civilians. It's not good for our own safety and security given that there are miscreants, hooligans and wicked people among us. I remember the police of one of these Latin American countries going on strike for just four hours and the criminal activities that went on during those hours.
