Idiots calling themselves researchers. Ghanaians voted to kick the NPP out but also voted for the NDC because they felt it was a better alternative. Well, NDC has won and that's the $3 trillion news! All I was begging from God was to relieve us from the cunning criminal and hammerhead Akufo-Addo and his gang of bandits.
I am not NDC member, and I have minimal to zero trust in the NDC but for now I savor the win and do thank God for changing our course in history.
I can't get over the voting pattern of my people in the Ashanti Region and my understanding of the maturity of the real people who voted for NDC is baffled. They are very noble, clear-minded, patriotic and intelligent however, and I hail their laudable efforts, far from the mal-intentioned and uncivilized tribal bigots of the Ghanaweb.

Mahama is coming to build our infrastructure but not transform the country and our way of doing things. The indiscipline in the society is going to continue and the lawlessness (such as selling goods on the streets, putting up kiosks anywhere, no building norms, petty corruption without impunity, inefficiency of our state bureaucracy and service provision due to lack of accountability, lawlessness in our traffic, etc. etc. will persist). Furthermore, he is going to build hospitals and clinics and not emphasizing preventive medicine despite the fact that a greater part of the diseases affecting us are preventable. The last ministry created by Nkrumah (before the coup) was the Ministry of Food and Nutrition. Nkrumah understood the importance of nutrition in child development. Remember 80% of a child's brain is formed by the age of 2. Hence a child who suffered from malnutrition will not develop his/her full brain capacity and can therefore not perform well at school. If we want our investments in the educational sector to give results it is important that we also address issues related to malnutrition in our children. This calls for a coordination of the activities of the Ministries of Health, Agriculture, Water and Sanitation, and Housing. The Information Ministry can come in to educate the public as they did during Nkrumah's time.

@Nzema, you nailed it with precision, poise, power, pace and perfection. This is exactly the case. I need not add more. BRAVO!
Obviously Mahama was voted out when he was a sitting president and he has indeed not done anything differently but the foolhardy attitude of Akuffo Addo affected the NPP and not Bawumia as a person
I guess the NDC members were sleeping when the NPP were rigging the elections. In 2012, the NDC got 579,298 in Volta region but in 2016, they got 493,141. Per your views, it means the NDC had been rigging in the Volta region
There was Voter apathy in 2016 and when this happens, the ruling Govt(NDC) is greatly affected.
People must read and learn and stop showing their ignorance. The Researcher is right.
Avu koklo.
Absolute rubbish
What was the number of registered voters? And who told you that those who didn’t vote are all Npp members?
There is evidence that that elections were seriously rigged. It can also be argued if the 6.3 won the current elections, then it also won last time with similar figure but because of frauds, that figure became insignificant. ...

This is a fact. Same votes in 2024 and 2020 should provoke those insulting the Lady to think. Anytime there is voter apathy, the ruling party loses a lot. Check NDC even in the Volta Region in 2016.
Just incase you and your clueless researcher need sense...allow me tell you npp won 2016 election by the same margin they claim they won 2020 with..muagyimi kraa dodo
What is your proof that it was the same people who voted in 2020, who voted in 2024?
What was voter turnout in VR and Oti, in 2020?
Shut up, if you have nothing sensible to say.
A researcher at a reputable institution like Noguchi cannot be an idiot. If you disagree with her, just say so, and let us know why you disagree with her.
Clear display off idiocy. Is she a political researcher?
Ignore her. The same way Ghanaians voted against the NDC in 2016 so what is her point?
Check NDC votes in 2012 and 2016 and compare the results in their strongholds. Voter apathy occurred in 2016 and affected the 2016 votes.
Well, NDC has won and that's the $3 trillion news! All I was begging from God was to relieve us from the cunning criminal and hammerhead Akufo-Addo and his gang of bandits.

Maybe, only 3 persons voted, but who the cares? Very, very evil NPP lost, and trust me, Ghana smells better!
Bawumia is dead politically.
Sorry, Kweku, I now understand your post, I'm with you.
#StopGalamsey# Protest vote or not NDC has worn, forward the nation goes, #StopGalamsey#
Probably, all the smaller Parties could come together to form a coalition party and organise themselves well and they could be a stronger force against the big two. We need something like that.

It is a big lie! Did the NPP only contest against the NDC? Why didn't they vote for any other parties? Stop spreading lies.
Nonsense! There were many alternatives on the ballot, including giants like Allan, and your own party the CPP. Why were they not chosen? Stop this warped analysis.
The truth of the matter is that some figures from some regions were always bloated this time the NDC made sure the ghosts didn't vote. They were vigilant.
You and who? We voted for NDC because we like them. Who told you we like npp . Twaaaaaaa
Loss is loss .Stop the nonsense if you don't have anything sensible to talk.
The protest was in the unprecidented magnitude of the defeat suffered by the NPP, and this protest was against the leadership of the president.
Congratulations to President John Mahama. Under the circumstances the country finds its self, it is really good to have him back.
Ghanaians believed in the competence of the NDC to provide what they wanted.
That Charles bissue and his cronies like dodzie Numekevor and ekow ewusi must all be jailed for their crimes against the state of Ghana!
