  Some Ghanaians always blame others including even God, for their lack of sense of responsibility.When the EC opens the voters register for verification and confirmation of personal data,some eligible voters play dead and only resurrect on voting day.However, when anything goes amiss they heap tons of blame on the EC AND FORGET THAT THEY THE VOTERS THEMSELVES ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
