Here is my question. In every polling station, I think the number of people who are supposed to vote are known so, why are people trying to act that stupid? Won't that be considered as "Over-voting"?
And bcus it's important to note that a single polling station can have a shortfall of 200 or more due to voter apathy. So, it's always possible.
It’s just bcos the ec is in bed with them, how can ballot cast far outnumber the ballots expended??

This is fake news. The thumb pinted ballot papers are notice of polls dummy ballot papers, probably for voter education or canvassing. Anybody who voted knows the ballot paper is totally different.
