They are naive and not fit for purpose. What technical advise can they give to the head coach? When there is lack of vision and proper consultations, you will try to put round pegs in square holes.

I agree they Adidas not add anything to the technical team. There are more experience coaches they should go start with club coaching to gain experience. In experience Otto and in experience Fatawu and John it's not workable
