  There is still hope for Ghana if and only if our leaders will take note of strengthening our institutions by using right working force to man them. Many doctorate holders are in the system today claiming riped for institutional headships but forgotten that doctorate is specified and may not have been stemed from the degrees and second degrees and ended up in job market messing up things like most of the country's ministers. It is therefore wished that the gov. remains committed refusing to recruite such doctorates who have worked successfully by shutting almost every good first degree and second degree holder with deeper knowledge in a particular field to their success. And to concentrate on recruiting the first degree holders and second degree holders of the same course phases.
