Have you been to UPSA lately. The university has several constructions going on, without good signs as compared to the university of Ghana. Their main gate is under construction. A rickety gate, is one thorough fare. A whole big university. When you go through that gate, on the right wing is another construction with poor signs. Why can't they complete the main gate, for the general population to go through, then shift to the new construction behind access bank. It's a security threat, and everyone is watching.
