The house of chiefs can settle all chieftancy matters and if they can not im sure you can also seek redress in public court..if your chief has a problem this is how this should be handled.

And that no chief can raise a proper advocacy for the ban on smoking of all kinds of "weed". Chiefs also have snurf bottle for storage of all chemicals including "c" for use. And therefore can not be better advisers against hard drugs usage. This is how far tradition can carry us to,a mixed blessing. With greater respect to chiefs.
