Is this Country interested in science? Why can't we have science Academies where the youth can take their inventions and ideas to older persons in that field who can direct and assist them with those types of inventions?The GAEC,CSIR etc look so bureaucratic to the needs of the young inventors or can they also get a unit to provide tutorials and guidance to the youth.There is no way that the young ones can make it to the top and compete with the rest of the world without such guidance.
