Am educating your ignorant self, so you don't ever come here and disgrace yourself again, First of all, Free progressive snr secondary education was drafted and enshrined into the constitution by the NDC(get it into your thick skull),The NDC was only asking that it was made progresssively and systematically(only a fool or an ignorant person will interprete this to mean they said it wasn't possible or didn't want it at all).The NDC even commmenced it progressively as the Constitution stipulates, starting with every day student in 2015 and going ahead to add 120,000 less previledge boarders the following academic yr. If today u still don't understand why the constitution and NDC suggests that it was done progressively, then nothing or no one can cure you of your stupidity. We have seen students sleeping outside because of heat caused by over crowdedness, we have seen students being asked to take their own sugar and bread to the dinning hall, students sharing food that has no fish or meat in the soup, expired rice being shared and cooked for students, students asking that they are given answers to their SSCE exams questions(Apc)and subsequently vandalizing their school properties because they were not allowed to cheat(Juaben SHS and Tweneboah Koduah SHS),All these challenges and more, were the reason why the framers of the constitution in their own wisdom, asked that it was made progressively in order to address and solve these problems before they could even emerge. So you see, Do it progressively as the constitution demands and it is not possible(They knew it was going to be possible but was going to have many challenges)can never be said to be same.
