NDC can takeover EC's job to conduct the elections, they'll still lose. Why is NDC complaining about everything the EC does every step of the way? Only losers behave like this. Yabr3mu, aba.
3.7 is too generous. I would give them 0/10.
Ghana hasn't had an E.C for the past 8 years. The so-called E.C has become another ministerial wing of the NPP.

This guy is a medical doctor who has been made responsible for elections and IT by the NDC. Square pegs in round holes. Another disaster to open for the NDC.
What about Napo? He has no expertise in Education and Energy but yet was appointed to these 2 ministerial positions. And not surprisingly, the education and energy ministries crumbled under his leadership.
You can even give EC 0 who cares or you can even not participate in the election
