  Yes. I agree with you.it is in fact a disgrace. The govt is side stepping the major contributory factor for the significant increase in kidney diseases. Galamsey! Npw it is allocating millions to support dialysis patients through the NHIS. In the mast of allegations and counter allegations. the govt should have taken concrete steps to curb the illegal activities especially in water bodies and forest reserves for a start. Immediate ban on the importation of changfans, stop processing new mining licenses and other measures that would slow down the devastation of the environment.
  
  On the elections, I hope the NPP govt is voted out, on account of its failure to make an impact on the fight against Galmsey. Economies may be fixed. but the departed can not be brought back to life. Then there is corruption, unemployment, inflation and no adequate transparency. Protection of the Purse seems like a slogan as the auditor general's reports and recommendations are not fully pursued.
  
  My opinion is, NDC may not be the right, appropriate party to assume governance, but for the sake of unearthing the rot that this govt has hidden, it should be voted out. Some Ghanaians have lost their funds or see them dwindle drastically under the govt's ' afro haircut'.
  
  In my opinion, both NPP and NDC need to let another group the opportunity to govern and make all the necessary changes in the constitution to make accountability, transparency and justice to all a priority. Vote out NPP/NDC and vote in third party or group for advancement. My opinions ok, what are yours?
