He's under no drug influence. They're just overly greedy and think they're better deserving than everyone else. They're so used to bribes that even IF they pay them $1000 everyday, they'd still collect 5 cedis bribes.

Dont know why people are insulting the policeman. If the police asks you to step out of your vehicle, you simply comply. Refusing is what escalates it to those levels. Other policemen would have tased him well well.
