    No, it means the other countries are incompetent. Ghanaians just hate the truth. CARFAX only reports accidents. Don't know about theft, and whether it covers Canada.

    Most for these big cars on the Ghana roads are all stolen cars. I'm happy the cars have impounded. These Ford F150 Raptors, Lexus LX, NX, or RX, Honda CRV's, Range Rovers, etc. are all stolen cars.

    99% of car dealers in Ghana are from Ashanti tribe and 80% of their cars are stolen cars from Canada or USA. Government officials are all aware but they pretend.Many Ashanti's here in Canada and USA are stolen car dealers.
