  Dr. Manteaw, galamsey has been with us for how long, years till NDC contracted a $3billion loan from China in which the lender inserted a clause to allow her migrants into Ghana as part of the loan agreement which the NDC government under Mills accepted and the rest is what we are dealing with.
  
  Ghanaians engaged in galamsey have been doing this for years without any heavy machinery so how come things changed when Mills and NDC took over governance after Kufuor? Let's be frank when speaking about the carnage of galamsey because it started from somewhere which we pay deaf ears to it.
  
  When Kufuor was president, were Chinese migrants in Ghana destroying our environment with Chanfan machines, if not, why can't we tell it like it is than trying to blame all for something that started under someone's watch?
