  From the Positions our players play in their respective clubs and their Performance vis a vis that here in the blackstars , you realize he is lazy . He is doing nothing new . What positive work have you seen Otto started with the blackstars with regard to even just single player development which is integral of team building . For instance , Kudus and Semenyo thrive at the wings in their respective Clubs , you ever seen Otto trying them here with that or creating something new to hep the players develop ? He is stiff and too theoretical . He can’t to the job . It’s Obvious . Our laterals are not even good , a competent coach cld have even discovered some laterals in our local league here and even develop them . 20th Century Blackstar Coaches did and it yielded well. What is he doing new . Jus calling and making pass pass training then leave them to play .

  What a patronising argument.Such emotional and populist reasoning as in 1 plus 1 is two aand 1times 1 is so two times two must be two. How many times have we seen a team facing relegation change coach and get saved? Even Chelsea changed manager and Mateo rode on the feel good factor of the change to win Champions league and what about Ivory Coast that coach was not a magician but he capitalised on the feel good optimism of change, rode it and won AFCON. So a Good manager dont need twenty years to show themselves. Poor article. Change can galvanise people, it will make players determined to show to their new coach if he is top top top. Anything else is 2x2 must be equal to 2

The black stars has turned into a case study where coaches turned it into an experimental club. Get experienced coach to bring the black stars back.
