John Mahama breached the constitution of Ghana when he unilaterally went ahead to pardon the MONTIE 3, those NDC hoodlums who threatened to abduct the former Chief Justice: Mrs. Theodora Woods and marry her by force! So between Mahama and Nana Akuffo-Addo who is more reckless and lawless? Not only that but before the 2016, one of pardoned Montie 3 NDC ex-con called Aku Gun led another batch of NDC thugs to harass then opposition leader Akuffo-Addo at his Nima residence. Not only did the IGP of the time refused to arrest them; he also failed to acknowledge their actions as abuse of Akuffo-Addo’s civil rights, aside from refusing to take the steps to prevent our country from descending into a political crisis!

The judgement was ruled in my favour, and in order to enforce it, I required the services of the police, court bailiffs etc.
That was when I realised that in Ghana, laws dey paaa, but you wouldn't think so until you're caught up in it.
