  This is legally wrong. For the education of non lawyers here, the offence of being in possession if human parts does not include a human skull. It is about holding blood or human organs targeted at those who traffic human parts. Being in possession of a human skull is an offence related to unlawfully dealing with a corpse without a permit from the health minister which is an offence under publi health Act. The judge and prosecutor goofed. This is what happens when an accused is not represented. Very sad!
