  REASON: Could not muster the minimum 42 signatures.
  3. A caring MP and Government, would have placed the interest of workers and citizens above being called Majority and Majority Leader.
  4. The salaries of workers and Government Machinery to work means little to them. Otherwise they would have included the Budget in the list of urgent Business. By the way, has the Government said the Budget is ready.
  5. Which Article of the Constitution, Standing Orders or simply Laws, states that Majority and Minority should sit in a particular place.
  Gertrude Araba and others, have ruled that Precedents have no place
