Why should anyone help him? If there is any help it should go to those who cannot feed themselves instead of a greedy shipowner who probably have never helped anyone in life apart from his immediate family.
It is better and safer in keeping money in a well-established bank.
Once the serial numbers are intact something can be done about it. They should take it to Bank of Ghana.
Why keep that money in the house? Momo, bank, safe. Ah!
The victim should take all the burnt notes to his bank who should replace all the damaged notes with full visible serial numbers. So far as the notes presented are genuine notes.
Take it to bank of ghana and make a case of how you got the funds and where it got burnt, thank you
