If you don’t understand the legal break down of what the EC is saying, it says in the unlikely event that Akua Donkor wins that will be announced but cannot be implemented and a rerun of the Presidential race will be done. Yes, it’s not up to the EC to make that declaration but it’s clear in the constitution that the dead do not take up posts in Ghana!! Must you always make such frivolous arguments?
