I have never heard of the Germans or British returning any artefacts to Ayigbe Chiefs?Does it mean Ewes have been poor since history?Nothing to show of such a poor tribe.
The Yaa Asantewaa war was not same as the sargrenti war. Hey your facts right
Get your facts right. Sagrenti war was fought from 1873-74 whilst Yaa Asantewaa war was fought in 1900. Two different wars
Most of these items were looted from other Akan tribes such as the Bonos, Denkyiras etc. by the Asantes and therefore the Asantes must send them to their rightful owners.
When will they return the Golden stool?

Very disappointed that a Ghanaian journalist has conflated the Sagrenti war of 1874 with the Yaa Asantewaa war of 1900. We should know our own history.
