  After borrowing more that all governments put together since independence, what you have to show to us is a 100 km railway line that is not functional. Have you seen any train moving anywhere in Ghana since Nana Addo become president? He keeps borrowing and borrowing with incomplete projects to show for it. During your time three oil wells started production to grow the economy yet you left us with Depth Exchange Program. You have pushed all this depth to be paid later by another government. What a shame!

  The irony! I worked for a railroad in the US for 17.5 years. In the late 1980s, I use to beg Black male engineer co-workers to let's go do a 3 week vacation into Ghana, so as to network with the local officials, politicians and Chiefs. I knew that the US became "first world" in global rankings because of developing a strong, nationwide network of railroads. Trackage across all four corners of the country to move people, goods and services. My co-workers would never join me, as they had no international vision, unification. A couple of decades later, when I would meet some of them on America's streets, retired, they would apologize to me. They never really understood the true depths of what I requested.
  The secret up my sleeve was that I too could find their DIRECT bloodline extended-families, clans, ethnic groups and Personal Deity. Just imagine what Ghana and the whole of Africa would be like today???
