This woman commits acts tantamount to forgery in order to stay in the country, but somehow the State Prosecutor drops charges against her, after the charges are clearly stated and evidence presented at her court hearing. Because of the controversial application of multiple standards by govenment machinery, the good people of Ghana are going to be ripped off an appreciable amount of money, by a foreign national who is not even noticed in her country.
