  This is a great honor to NAPO, and well deserved. I attended a just-ended graduation ceremony at the university and saw some remarkable improvement.
  A few things to the attention of the UPSA. Treat your lecturers well. Your lecturers are not happy and are leaving. Quality teaching and teachers are a hallmark of every good institution. The tenure of HODs and Deans should be reviewed. Stop the intimidation of some lectures, not a good image of the university. There is a general disquiet among the lectures. The UTAG, is toothless. The Lecturers are supposed to teach and engage students for exactly three hours. Review your teaching timelines. Young personnel take attendance of lecture attendance. How beneficial is this to the students, saturation levels? This is not prescribed education and learning. GTEC, Ministry of Education, this is for your attention.
  The back gate is locked, as construction works are going on. The frontal is also under construction. An old gate is the only thoroughfare, causing a lot of traffic in the university, AESL, go and check. There are no proper signages due to construction work. The university is crowded with construction here and there. A sword-cutting ceremony is for another construction, close to the Access bank.
