In NDC 2012 manifesto page 68 if I am sure, he promised to give insurance to all cocoa farmers and did that come to pass? How many cocoa farmers had insurance when Mahama was president?

Under his watch, NHIS was broke to the tune of 1.2billion cedis making the scheme defunct till NPP came and rescue it. So, if you believe what this "Indecisive man" is saying due to election, you do so at your own risk.
