Great move, the NDC is on course to a resounding victory.
It won't change anything the woman will lose the seat.
The votes is going to be split into three among all the three NDC candidates who have their images on the ballot. Likely Joan will loose.
Why wait after the ballot papers have been printed then withdraw from the race. Do you know the harm caused to the party? Greedy man like you.
This man's image alongside that of the other independent candidate who withdrew from the contest last week will appear on the ballot and constituents will still vote them anyway. Too late though.
