Will that be necessary if indeed NPP has performed better, delivered on their promises not only to Ghanaians but also in their own "voter world bank"?

Should that be a confirmation of perceived voter apathy?

Incompetent Aplanke Bawumia is a part of the Julor House nation-wrecking crew that has collapsed Ghana's economy.
