He's also finding out that when it comes to responsibilities, there's a massive difference between being an actual head than being a scout or an assistant coach. And from the looks of things, Otto has lost the dressing room, the supporters of the Black Stars and the X's and 0's of his coaching philosophies. What is sad is he still has the mentality of an assistant coach, that is he thinks the poor performances on so many levels should be the fault of the head coach and not him. Well someone better remind Otto that he's now the coach, and honorable head coaches resign when their record is as bad as his.

What a lot of people need to understand is that sometimes the problem is more complicated than just a Coach. We have had like 3 coaches back to back within a 2 or 3 year span and still have nothing to show for it. Infact it seems like the more coaches we hire the worse it gets. We can hire Pep Guardiola tomorrow and we will probably lose to Papua New Guinea, so at this point it just can't be the coach. I don't know but there must be other factors in play.
