Petition Is Dead On Arrival. It is common knowledge that Private Schools are better endowed than public schools. Those of us who went to CITO can attest to catching up with Preppies in the 2nd. or 3rd. years. The KNUST program of admitting students from less endowed schools has been extremely successful.
