I am challenging you to prove me wrong. NPP had been paying this debt of $500million a year since 2017 so, just add up and how much have been paid so far? If the free SHS is draining our coffers, what about the $500million a yearly debt Mahama left on the nation after leaving office? Oppong Nkrumah, Ghanaians aren't concerned about the collapse of the Free SHS like about the collapse of the Ghanaian economy. If there's any collapse at all to be afraid of , first and foremost it's the collapse of a national economy which has already happened under this government by Dr Liar Bawuliar under whose direction and leadership the Ghana economy utterly collapsed so Ghana became broke and went to the IMF for monies. Now all these SHS students,in spite of free tuition and meals, what about their pocket monies, their medications and health which isn't covered by the moribund health sector , their parents financial well being , their educational facilities etc? What about all these ? Free education cannot succeed by itself, free education can only succeed with government resources to educational facilities and well footed economy to give parents of SHS students the means to provide personal financial support to the kids for their own personal needs like girls needing menstrual pads etc and boys needing extra learning aids like Math Set. Free Education or Free SHS can only truly succeed if the economy is therefore prosperous. But right now the economy has collapsed, free SHS will never live up to its desired ultimate outcome and will only produced half baked students . That's why Bawumia must and leave control of the economy to a new person so that the economy can be revived and when it becomes prosperous, Government needed resources invested in addition to the free SHS tuition , will make free SHS truly successful. So Ghanaian parents and guardians with SHS wards, vote Bawumia out and bring in a new person that's Mahama to revive the economy for more resources to aid the current battered free SHS system to make it achieve its most desirable results
