As for you Pratt, who will be surprised of what you are saying. Always in bed with ndc because it is through NDC that you were able to educate your children in overseas.

This issue must be resolved when the Speaker shows leadership and is not biased. With his posturing, I doubt if this can happen. The Speaker does not appear to be acting as a matured man. He is also not showing leadership. We have had good Speakers like Mr. D F Annang, Mr Doe Adjaho and Mr. Peter Ala Adjetey. The other day at his press conference for example, he said the Attorney General and Minister of Justice did his National Service at Parliament House whilst he was an MP. And he wanted the AG to accord him some respect for that. That to me was not necessary. Respect and recognition are earned not forced. And the fact that you are a senior does add to your knowledge. Hard work and humility takes people to high places. Those around the Speaker should pump some sense and humility into his head

Oga in what jurisdictions will this AG be appointmented if not hand picked. To me Bagbin leadership is far more better than your president who has collapsed the economy and we are gribbling with galamsey menance. $1 is how much now? And moreover too, he is Baku Climate Change conference lying about the climate issues in Ghana. What leader will prioritize the health of its citizens to destruction of its environment? And you are here talking rubbish. What leadership skills do your chimpanzee president has?.....

God says "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people " (Proverbs 14: 34). Ghanaians appear to hate to do things right. Question: Did the chief justice not know of Articles 115, 122 and 123 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana in her handling of the impasse between parliament and the supreme court of Ghana? Article 115 for instance states very clearly that "there shall be freedom of speech, debate and proceedings and THAT FREEDOM SHALL NOT BE IMPEACHED OR QUESTIONED IN ANY COURT or other place outside parliament" . Is the chief justice not in contempt of parliament? Don't people know these provisions in the constitution? Yet no one is hi lighting them in discussions on the parliamentary impasse. Very bad. Let any reader cause these provisions to be ready and discussed on radio and tv and a better picture shall be shown to all. What a country!!!!

When serious minds are tackling issues with far reaching implications for now and the future we get such infantile effusions from all-knowing shallow minds for whom very issue must be be viewed with political lenses. Go and read the judgment; it is 109 pages long and takes time to explain every decision made. Bagbin with his class 1 law thought he knew more than our eminent Supreme Court Justices. He should read about his shameful conduct.

You are right but this is exceptional case. The speaker could have avoided this with common sense approach. Now he has to do the needful

Who implements the decisions of the Supreme Court decisions in Ghana?
Do you think in Ghana we live in the “state of nature? “

You can’t pick and choose. Regarding the matter of focus, it had to do with interpretation of the constitution and the SC is what the constitution says it’s their task. Just shut up and let us have peace !!
