Those murders have nothing to do with the Tsikatas. Even Tsatsu was implicated. The person who did never knew Tsatsu was absent the day he (The evil person who implicated them) said the murder was discussed at the Burma Camp. At the court, he tried asking the court to allow him to modify the date by shifting it to the next day to update his notes, only for Tsatsu to deny being there the next day, too! And Tsatsu had strong Alibi; millions worldwide had videos of where he was those special days because he was on official missions in the country.

The murder of the judges and retired military officer was solely the responsibility of Gihoc workers in Accra for which Amartey Kwei was Union Leader. The behavior of the current judges in the country mirror exactly what usually transpired in the courts those days.

The judiciary by itself alone is responsible for the rot and stench that has become what used to be a great country.

Sall would have clearly defined the majority in this hung parliament. The current brouhaha is another clear bias case judging from Torkornoo's barking from the bench the day the case was first heard. A SC that can claim that bith certificates are worthless because the NPP wanted it so, is a disgrace.

It started when that criminal Jeremiah John Rawlings seized power and overthrew a democratically elected government in 1981. He first set aside the judiciary and established his kangaroo courts in the country and he called that illegal court “ the People’s Tribunal. After that he killed the three High Judges in 1982. And as if that’s not enough, do you also how John Bull Mahama’s administration trampled down the Judiciary after the supreme court ruled in favor of his 2012 electoral victory over Akufo-Addo?  

Shortly after that the criminal kingpin Mahama called the bluffs on the Supreme Court by allowing his thugs “ those Montie 3 morons to threaten the then Chief Justice Mrs Theodora Woods; that “they would seize her and marry her by force”. Then after the Supreme Court convicted those three morons and sentenced them to serve six months jail time, John Mahama went ahead and released them with executive orders. He pardoned them against the advice of almost all stake holders, especially the BAR association. the Ghana Legal Council among many others.   

Even at the time most of the Justices at the Supreme Court were his appointees he refused to give them the due respect, when will the NDC allow the Judiciary to undertake their duties without fear of favor or interference?

This one of the things I don't like about lawyers. When something is clear as crystal, they will give a different name to it. What is the meaning that there is a perception that the judiciary is acting in favor of NPP? If it quacks like a duck, it is a duck. The judiciary is always doing that. The evidence is clear for everyone to see. Look at the four seats vacancy in the supreme court. The supreme Court broke all the rules to support NPP. The complaint was not filed properly, the court was ready to assist the NPP, there was no affidavit etc..We saw their approach against Gyekye Quayson and SALL. What other evidence do you need? Ghana Bar Association has now become Ghana Borla Association.

Was he not the legal advisor to the PNDC, and was he not the one who gave that dastardly group the advice to line up the unfortunate military officers at the Teshie Camp Rsnge? He is even lucky that Kuffuor pardoned him from the jail that he truly deserved to rot in. A certified criminal and a traitor to his country.
