  The Bawku people are foolish and have been stupidly foolish for some time now. At this time and age, do they need to be educated not to kill each other? This stupidity has gone on for far too long. I think it would be better to leave them to kill each other. They don’t need money for developmental programs but for war issues. What uncivilized and uncultured people we have in that enclave. Yes, leave them to kill each other. Even animals don’t behave like that.
