Parliament is about votes and numbers. NPP does not have the numbers to become the majority because their party constitution says once you file independent you resign from the party and parliament.

So those resigned guys can not come to parliament to represent NPP. And the party knows that when it comes to voting they will be less by 2 persons.

Why can't Afenyo Markin learn from Bonsu and allow the Speaker to reverse his ruling and thereafter the NDC can be ordered to the Minority side?
