You NDC people must STOP numbering your dress especially the shirts and T-shirts as was worn by Kofi Adams to the TV3 Big Issues programme. You will end up confusing the less educated electorates. Mahama claims that he is NUMBER 8 and Kofi Adams also claims he is number 3. Please, STOP the numbering and dwell more on the UMBRELLA. Sell the UMBRELLA instead.

Bagbin cited Article 97 of the constitution to justify his ruling not Parliamentary rules or procedures. By doing so, he himself placed the matter squarely in the constitutional arena. It is highly disappointing for a longstanding lawyer and lawmaker of Bagbin's stature to imply that the Speaker has the right to interpret the constitution, not the Supreme Court.

Where is the crises if the very group that called back parliament from indefinite suspension fail to show up for frivolous reasons. What are the elders in NPP doing? They cannot advise and whip their parliamentarians in line?

The npp should swallow their pride and accept that they've created the impasse in parliament, they brought it first against Asiama in 2020, Haruna hinted he will trigger this when parliament resumes and you sat down, you should have negotiated behind close doors, you didn't. Your own party states if you go independent against the party's candidate you automatically sack yourself. So what's your problem.

There's definitely a constitutional crisis in Ghana. The speaker has no authority to disobey the Supreme Court ruling. Disobeying the Supreme Court ruling with impunity amounts to overthrow of the constitution. Separation of powers doesn't mean if the president or the speaker go against the law in exercise of their duties they should be allowed to carry-on in the name of non-interference. The right thing for the speaker to do is to apply the Supreme Court ruling and ask the NDC to go the high court to determine the case as stipulated in the constitution. Bagbin should deflate his ego and realize that NO Ghanaian( including him and the president) has the power to disobey the Supreme Court ruling regardless of how they disagree with it. The actions of Bagbin amounts to overthrow of the constitution. The GBA and legal experts must step up and let Bagin know he's threading on the wrong trajectory.

Bagbin prides himself as the third most powerful man after the President and his vice. That he can cause havoc and show where power lies! In a way I blame the NPP for agreeing to his election.
