  Many are using these meters without any problem those complaining shd report it to ECG.Under normal circumstances they are not supposed to walk to any ECG to buy credit,any prepaid meter holder can buy credit with the ECG App ...

  2. I read someone saying it's because of the Mahama take or pay agreement that has caused the isssues. I believe this Genz are the tech team and fact checking factory.
  See anytime you want to set an Agenda here do well.
  The take or pay agreement: let me explain it to the common level.
  
  Let's say I sell rice in a community of 100 and my price in 10 and am always increasing my prices because am the only rice seller I the area . Right then 2 other sellers can and joined and reduced their prices to 8 and 7 but then the community saw the competition between the rice sellers and then said ok to settle this we thw people will only have 6 to purchase all your rice who ever is ready we take and pay you.
  
  You i believe Mahama uses mostly basic common sense and knowledge in most of his Dealings.

Post paid meters can't be paying low cost bills comparatively to prepaid metres

  My problem is about the big problems we face in our country here.And it's like in everything project we do or about to do,we don't have it done in a long term manner..So why the installation of this new smart meters whiles it could've been done from way back..The way we carry out project in our country is the same way we get shifted from matters of urgent attention to new matters..And our Ghana can never get better as long as we deal mostly on things with these Chinese...As an African country trying hard to develop, don't partner with China irrespective of their technology, I will rather choose Pakistan over China..
