Anyway the bastard beneath me who asked if Bagbin knows the laws? Bagbin has bn part of every laws passed in the fourth republic, he was part of the framers of the 1992 constitution, and he's a trained lawyer too, hope this answers your stupid question? Asking that does someone who has rising through the ranks to become the speaker of parliament of his nation, knows the laws?Cowdung head people, he doesn't even know parliament makes the laws.

Has Bagbin ever practiced law? Does he think he is above the law in Ghana? Does he know the difference between Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances? Does the Constitution give him the mandate to interpret any law (let alone constitutional provisiins)?
His contemptious behaviour is intentional to favour NDC. He will be cited for contempt for 2 reasons:
1. Violating the Supreme Court order on the 4 illegally declared "vacant" seats.
Justification: No MP submitted a resignation letter to him and no political party wrote to withdraw an MP from parliament.
2. The Supreme Court ordered that the LGBTQ+ bill be put on hold pending the determination of 2 law suits relating to it. But Bagbin yesterday ordered the Clerk of Parliament to submit it to the President to sign it into law.
Justification: The Supreme Court is yet to rule on the 2 LGBTQ+ law suits.

What you have written is just a long bullshit, even your stupid self knew those people registered independent, how much more those that are in parliament with them and are their friends?your mafia tactics is wat has caught up with u, bending party's constitutions to support others to oust people that u dont like, The then minority leader wrote to Bagbin formerly informing him of some of his colleagues from both sides who had registered independent and so had to be removed as the Constitution stipulates, I don't think you will be stupid enough to suggest that Bagbin should have waited until Afenyo who knew the repercussions of what losing those members were going to be for his side even tho the laws clearly says so(When your son commits an offense which can get him killed,tho the laws suggest thar you go and report,but it"s comonsensical that no one will voluntarily report the son to be killed, especially when not under any form of duress to do so,but your rival wouldn't hesitate to,for your child to be slaughtered so her child gets all the inheritance) was ever going to do write out of his own volition, But his rival opponent did just as the laws demands,and Bagbin also did what he had to do.

Bag-bini is just arrogant. I have never heard in the history of Ghana Parliament that a Speaker is holding a Press Conference. You see what makes Alan Osman Bag-bini different from the other former Speakers?

He became Speaker by a mistake: I mean on the thread, he never envisaged that he will ever be appointed a Speaker of the Parliament, though he has acted in that capacity in the Past under Joe Adjahoe. Nevertheless he never ever dreamed of getting appointed to that position, especially the fact that a stupid woman as we all know sneaked from the NPP caucus and voted for such hubris character. Look at the way he dresses. He sometimes put a crown of Southern Ghana traditional leaders, what does supposed to mean? A crowned king or Chief? Look at the way he handles himself as if he is ruling as a leader of a parallel government, and not subject to Ghanaian laws and Authority.

He is not even the second in command according to the Ghanaian constitution. Even if he is appointed substantial leader who is he going to swear to? Not the Chief Justice? Arrogant braggadocio!
