According to Otto Addo, while Kudus has the leadership skills, the time is not ripe for him to lead the team. So when did he realize this? If that is the case, why then did he give him the Captainship role in the previous 2 matches? Did he just get this idea yesterday? You see as a Manager, you have to be consistent with your decisions. You can't just make decision and once you're under pressure, then you change that decision. No that is not good leadership. Not all decisions will be accepted by all the people, but if that is what you think will make you succeed in that moment, then you stick to it. Don't just make decisions because of people's criticisms, then you will be viewed as a weak and ineffective leader.
