Has the court got the power to decide on what the MPs want? They MPs say's they are not going to be part of the present parties in parliament. They have problems with their parties. Till that is done, the court can not tell the Speaker not to pronounce the vacancy of their seats.

What could have happened if all the affected MPs were from NDC ?
Has NPP not apply the same Article 97 to sacked Essiama from parliament ?
How could Afenyo go to Suprême Court for intepretation ?
